Weight Loss Doesn’t Happen Overnight

“You don’t say, ‘I’m going to build the biggest, baddest, greatest wall that has ever been built.’
You say, ‘I’m going to lay this brick as perfectly as a brick can be laid
and you do that every single day and soon you have a wall.’” -Will Smith

Some people fail before they’ve really even begun

If you set your weight loss goals too big and rush right into it before learning the basic steps, you’re going to lose motivation and stop before you even see any real changes. It’s better to take it one step at a time. Focus on adding something small and beneficial to your daily routine and continue to do that every single day and before you know it, you will have started something big.

Small changes can make all the difference

All these small changes that you add to your daily routine may not seem like its doing anything, but when you consistently add something small each day, it will add up over time and let me tell you, the results are unbelievable. You will begin to notice changes in your body and that will motivate you even more. Before you know it, you have started something big.

My advice is not to try and implement every tip I offer on my blog, but rather to take one at a time and incorporate it into your lifestyle. Its easy to do, but its also easy not to do. But know this, by following through, you may not notice any difference today or the day after, but how about if you consistently continue to do it for a month. Would you notice the positive results then? Of course you would. So start by making those small positive decisions today.

To your success,

Rachel
