Get Rid of Belly Fat with Ab Stimulating Belts?

by Rachel Turner on

Let me tell you, these “get rid of belly fat” belts belong to the category of useless rubbish, exactly like almost every other abdominal device you have ever witnessed while watching an infomercial. When you find it while on an infomercial, it’s quite possible that the product or service is actually worthless (not necessarily all…but almost all). Ab belts really does nothing to help you get rid of belly fat (There is evidence to suggest that Bowtrol’s colon cleanse can actually help you lose weight by eliminating harmful waste and toxins from the colon. Go here to find out where to buy Bowtrol) . There may be several facts to imply that electro-mechanical stimulation could possibly boost muscle advancement for an untrained person, nonetheless, these abdominal belts really do not give you a sufficiently strong current to be able to even have any type of impact. Furthermore, a person that has many years of training expertise would never experience muscle growth coming from a stimulus as low like a mild electric current.

In order to get rid of belly fat, you must turn your body into a fat burning machine so that it is burning fat even when you are resting.

This means that the actual intensity of your workout routine needs to be a lot higher, so you can burn off a great deal more calories, acquire a greater hormonal response, as well as an increased metabolic rate for hours or maybe even days after your workout. Make sure that your workout is made up of mostly multi-joint exercises. If your current objective is to become lean, then never spend your valuable time by going to the gym and performing only single-joint exercise routines which results in a lower amount of overall “work” volume (low intensity workout routines). Your valuable time can be much better invested by carrying out higher intensity multi-joint workouts which actually work to get rid of belly fat.

Multi-joint exercises strongly imitate the actual way your entire body functions as well as moves. For instance, in the event that you were to kick some sort of ball, it is not likely that you would do this from some sort of fixed position, by bending your knee back and then extending it in order to kick the ball. Instead, you would most likely run towards the ball to be able to kick it and also make use of some hip extension along with flexion for additional force.

People need to know that ab exercises don’t burn fat. Performing hundreds of crunches doesn’t do much good either. Abs are normal muscles and should be triggered with resistance training, the same way you train your chest etc. Few sets with proper weight load. I can recommend the articles at t-muscle.com

Good luck,

Couldn’t agree with you more. A lot of the stuff they promote with infomercials are ineffective when it comes to weight loss.
Never mind the beautiful bodies on display.

The good news is, you can reverse these negative effects in as little as one week by instead focusing your workouts on proper high intensity resistance training, along with a good interval training program. Plus you will be able to burn more fat while working out less, giving you the best fat burning workout results.
